I remember Managed Markets said they wanted to have 50% Part D coverage for Savaysa within 12 months of launch. Why does DSI even pay you guys? What a joke. It's amazing that everyone in that department is quitting and other companies are willing to hire you guys. Time to do your job and get us some managed care coverage so patients can fill their scripts. We've had more Savaysa scripts rejected than filled at this point. Thanks for that. Is anyone going to hold you guys accountable? Wtf?

Nice work Steve Svitinko, how's your value proposition working now? What's that noise the sound of you guys fucking up part D coverage for Savaysa and good people gettng laid off for your incompetents.

 

You can't blame the MM team. You can only present what SS allows them to present with his value prop. The MM team made the presentations and offers and they aren't competitive with the competition.

 

SS was here before launch. KK made that billiant decision in December

Lamptu is so much better now that the company has been in the process of getting the same as the new version of this month and a lot more than the original version of a new one for the next few years.

 

Greg B needs to go. Bill A is an ass and should have been gone in March. Steve is way over his head. Lynne k is god aweful. That group is a mess. The only good people were smart enough to leave.

 

What do they do all day? How did those idiots survive the layoffs? Bill A has about 1/10 of the staff he had before and is still a Sr Director. Steve has no clue. He didn't deserve that job. Greg should have filled it long before Ken showed up and filled it for him.

 

GB never had a chance. GG took all the power from JG and Tokyo let him. This place is so F-d up and the Amgen crew didn't do their homework and they had no idea what GG and JG handed them.

 

GB had a chance. Kevin McD was the last VP of MM. How long has he been gone - 4 years? GG and GB were too worried about themselves to worry about what the MM idiots were doing. BA only survived because his wife got laid off from DSI in March. BM covered BA and GB did the same. The Amgen guys knew what they were getting into and didn't care. They were JV at Amgen and I'm sure got big bucks to come to DSI.

 

It really doesn't matter. In a crisis people will blame the new and old regimes for their troubles. Look the old guard of The good old boys and the new guard of walking dead and Mr. Can't keep it in my pants are all equally worthless. The damage is done and this puppy is going down. Do yourself a favor and get off this sinking ship. Look new Sr. Mgmt will get every last drop of blood from Benicar at the expense of current sales reps then give them the ax. Funny I remeber. KK on stage in Orlando telling us we would see incredible Savaysa bonuses. He flat out lied to us. Don't think for one moment that you are safe. Sr. Leadership needs to stop the mass exodus to try and sell what shit products we have left. Mark my words hospital will be cut or merged into. Cv so cv will get cut 50% pc will take a 40-50% cut. Kam team will get wacked. If you have not done so I strongly suggest you. Get your resume ready and get off this sinking ship.

 

Our problems are not new and not marketing Goes back years. As long as GG remains we are screwed. Any other company would have gotten rid of GG with his track record. This company values failure. Hail Glenn.

It does matter when looking back as to what went wrong. I agree that GG should have gone ages ago. How he's survived is beyond reason. But this thread was about MM and within that group the damage started years ago with GB, LM, and KMcD. When BA was made Sr. Director it went to shit fast. He's a miserable SOB and lasts only because he kisses ass so well. His empire has fallen and yet he still survives, now under SV who is an amgen hack just like RL and KK. As for myself, I am gone as of the layoff. I was HO and not sales. I luckily found something in June and so far so good. But I'm pissed as most DSI legacies should be. It was a great place back in the day - now it's gone down the shitter. Good luck to those still there and who have moved on. You are correct, if you're still there then resumes should be updated and mailed out.

 

It's true MM has sucked and all the idiots are left. The good ones have left so it can only get worse.
