    This company is a Joke in the industry and all its internal divisions: Training, HR, Senior bulls%#@! Management, etc. Sucks and NO ACCOUNTABILITY, first off Training is the most important thing in a company for new hires, new policies, and new product launches for detailed information which field sales takes and sells from. What a joke this crap pile is and the entire system here is a bathroom turd for sure starting with head of HR, head of Training, Head of Operations! There is NO accountability, no professionalism, & no understanding of what they are doing. Training modules don't load, can't be opened, are not even in the system! Training emails are mislabeled, no labeled, or subject line does not fit with content. The email dump, among numerous over loaded emails sent, example: 16 emails with various attachments sent in 6 minutes of time just before the person sending them is going on vacation, and can't be reached, So unprofessional!

    HR what a joke! Don't contact me contact: shionogihr@shionogi.com WOW what ownership and priority to commitment or even more accountability? Joke!!! They run this turd like this: What they need and disregard for personal value of employee, lack professionalism, and show no interest or value in talent!

    This ALL starts with lead direction from the top down and this Japanesse Co is exactly that, a big fat zero "0". No wonder this is Land of the dropouts of pharmaceutical talents that everyone else threw out! No talent in house, no understanding of job responsabilities or understandings, no knowledge of success, no professionalism, and no accountability!

    This is spot on...HR is the biggest joke. They only care about themselves. They will be the last ones to turn the lights off when it ends.

    This doesn't make sense. With the turnover at this place, Shionogi should be leading the industry in new, cutting edge training techniques.

    YOU my friend are exactly correct. Tom is a broken, miserable individual.Tom is empty with no soul. His wife and family are certainly miserable with him. Human resources is a dichotomy in itself.

    In all fairness there is some great talent at Shionogi, however most tend to move on after 2-3 years.

    Felicia was weak and certainly not an enthusiastic innovative trainer.
    and the other idiot got a job because of Tom plain and simple. she knows NOTHING of training, adult learning. We have sloppy processes in training you name it.
