Stock options for 2015

Notification emails/phone calls, etc started going out today to grades 7-9, some managers let employees know on Friday.

FCC went out today as well to all field people.

Did you get any this year?

Many received it. The low performers are still waiting.

 

The slackers will be waiting a long time .

Holding off so they don't hit the books this quarter?

 

I thought we got our grants last year in October so perhaps they are on the way?

the district managers were told who was to receive options, but there was nothing regarding the amount. For some reason none of the DM's sent this out to the reps! I had to call my DM and he couldn't even forward the email. He took a picture and sent it via phone!

 

snail mail letters were sent out 2 weeks ago telling you you were awarded stock sometime in September. signed from DM and RVP. no amounts disclosed. Form/generic letter. it is now oct 1

 

It is very secretive with managers and they can contact HR to refute some awards.
