INBU mass layoffs

Please, INBU reps are garbage. They will see Kyprolis and Amgen and realize you were not elite as we are in Onyx.

 

You Onyx reps are not elite. Amgen took your launch bonus, car and phone all away because WE KNEW it would make you quit. You quitting is cheaper than paying you a severance. The fact that Amgen is considering moving top INBU reps to Kyprolis means you suck and shows how much confidence Amgen has in us despite us having no relationship or oncology experience.

FACE IT ONYX, YOU ARE OVERPAID AND OVERRATED LOSERS!

 

We can get the Oncology startup jobs that you can't. Those new companies with launch products hire us, not big pharma hacks like you. They would never hire OBU and especially none of you Enbrel reps even if you got Kyprolis. Every Amgen rep is pure trash in the Onyx eyes.

 

It's sad that these board look like they were written by 13 year olds with lame put downs and spewing of trash. Grow up and go talk to your mom, sister or girlfriend (if you can get one) that way.

 

Hey shitface, don't be such an Onyx lover. We in the INBU want their jobs. Enbrel ain't getting any new data. It's either we survive or them. I'd kick any Onyx rep to the curb to save my ass and my district mates all feel the same.

 

Didn't know being a socio-path is a new Amgen requirement.

 

If you think about it, there are Amgen reps I would rather see kicked to the curb and some I would hate to lose to a layoff. Same with Onyx…some are great and some I could do without. It is not Amgen vs Onyx…..it is rep vs rep at this stage of the game unfortunately.

Lastly….Yes sociopath is a requirement for working at Amgen….or thick skin to keep the craziness in a box and go about your day. Happy Monday everyone!

 

This layoff has been way overdue. The White team is useless. The Prolia is the only thing they really do & Prolia belongs to the BCBU. Enbrel sells itself in Rheum and Derm is a disaster so why not just lay all of them off & give BCBU specialists back.

 

Enbrel sells itself in Rheum..are you kidding me? Without us, it certainly wouldn't sell. The data is comparable to others. Derm is a mess. It's getting more messy, and with derm..it's a losing battle.

 

How many INBU reps know Onyx reps. I smell liar!

 

INBU has become too bloated. They have become the primary care division of our company.

INBU is the BEST division out there, but they pay us the worst. WE have Enbrel a multi billion dollar drug and we are not compensated the way we should be.

We call on specialists. We're just paid less. Our salaries are not on par with other diviisons. Hence...people leaving.

 

I agree. I've heard about salaries and bonuses in other divisions. INBU is so underpaid, and Enbrel is a huge moneymaker for Amgen.

Humira has commercials every hour. Amgen is so cheap they pay for one commmercial, if that, to every 10 of Humira's. Dump Phil, get a no-name person to hawk it and put more commercials on TV. It's quantity of messages that sell.

When is INBU getting Kyprolis and when do we take over the drug from the Onyx reps?

 

I am so sick of selling Enbrel. Looking forward to Kyprolis and kicking those snotty reps out of a job. I bet oncology is easier than selling viagra. You either take my drug or die. How hard is that.

 

Oncology is so easy it should even be considered specialty. No reps have access and all they tell doctors is "take my drug and give your patient 3 extra months for $100,000". No messaging needed.


Oncology reps are the dumbest in the industry. Why OBU is paid so much makes me furious. They don't sell or even see doctors. We should get rid of that entire business unit as they are worthless.
