All of the stuff the poster is posting is BS. He/she is only trying to freak people out. Stop being so naive about all this crap.

I think the naive person maybe you but time will tell. We only have a few weeks left to find out our fate. I for one, am not very optimistic. I will grudgingly leave if I am displaced but its not what I want.

We are being encouraged to post for any position within the company by our Dm's. Does that mean anything?

It means long term there is very little hope for Womens health, cuts for now will approach 40%, with eventual dissolution to follow within a year or two. Sorry People but that is how big Pharma works.

To all of you facing layoffs: I am sorry. It is a stressful time and it hits you hard.

I will tell you, though, that you will be ok. There is life after Pfizer. You will find your place and will flourish. Hang tough and all will be ok.

I agree for sure. It is this f***ing waiting period that sucks so much. DMs doing everything in their power to keep you motivated while reps speculate about who's in and who's out. We've all gone through this before...just wish we could skip to the end and bypass this bullshit "make sure you still are working hard" timeframe.

How can you be sure? Women's health has a billion dollar portfolio. Do yu really think they are going to risk losing it? I think those of us who survive will be good for years to come. You all just hang on, cause if we survive, we will continue to thrive!!!

That is some ominous dogshit. These are truly worrying times. I just want to see this resolved one way or the other. Its the not knowing that is so stressful.

A Billion dollar franchise? What kind of crack are you on? Please list the numbers, so we can all be enlightened.

I hope your DBM is not like mine. She is feeding us weekly motivational BS like everyone is going to be fine. We are adults and need to make serious decisions so stop feeding us the Pfizer "OWN IT" BS. And Pfizer wonders why their Voice Survey scores suck and no one trust leadership. We all bought into the Duavee launch and did everything possible to drive this product and leadership pulls the plug prematurely. If you survive this cut RUN as fast as possible to another division or company. I can't work for my DBM for another year.

Wow it sounds like they really don't know what to do with our team. My understanding was that Duavee was out but now it's back in!? Conference call scheduled for next week.

Seriously, do you think that your DM would have any insights beyond what you have? They are miles away from anyone that is making any headcount/staffing decisions that affect organizational financial performance. The best they can do is have a title and salary slightly beyond that of the reps. The concept of DMs are outdated and lend itself to a sales org that is activity vs. performance based. there really needs to be an evaluation of the responsibilities of the DMs. Developing people in sales is such a pathetic concept at Pfizer when so few have the capabilities/opportunities to do anything outside of sales. I am sure that I will get blasted for that comment, but think about what anyone in sales has ever been able to do outside of Pfizer and outside of sales.

So we go from 3 products to 4 yet we are supposed to have 40-50% cut? What sense does that make? How much bigger can the territories actually get? Maybe more white spacing in low volume areas?? What criteria are they going to use for cuts? Conf call on Thurs is what I hear. Hopefully we will get some more answers.

Count the waiting period as "your" time to get in front of this pfizer nonsense.
Dust off the resume & start looking. No harm to you should be your motto.
