How is this even legal?

    How is it legal to retroactively change your IC plan after the quarter starts? We all sign IC agreement each quarter agreeing how we are getting paid? If changes are made to the IC, shouldn't it only be moving forward? Hosp and spec reps are getting screwed out of $$$$ this quarter.

    You think you are getting screwed now, this is just the tip of the dilldo going up our asses. Word from 3 Hilton Ct. (Aka the legion of doom since those morons from Amgen took over) Hsp, CV, and Kam will all be cut and s 40-50% reduction in PC and HO. Get out while you can plenty of companies hiring.

    Not only reps who were able to get orders from the hospital getting screwed but the ones who did great on retail are not getting paid anymore $ even though they said it is 75% for Savaysa 1st quarter. Same Bonus !

    Explain that management.

    IC is not a contract. There is no legally binding agreement between you and the organization that they must pay it and they can not change it. We are 'at will' employees. The company can get rid of IC if it so chooses with no legal consequences.

    Now - is it just and fair - abslutely not. Is it a way to boost morale in a company with poor retention - not a chance. But legally there is no recourse.

    Target is no longer 26k, it is now reduced by 25% with new way they are paying us. As if bonus structure was not bad enough.

    Hey management keep watching everybody leave ! Tell yourself it's not about DSI why they left.

    company is a joke, products a joke, most management a joke and last but not least IC is the worst in the industry.
    Bonus is just that, with this IC no motivation to sell anything. I can't understand why company does not get it.

    Hospital got screwed. If you haven't heard your boss is holding off as long as possible to tell you the lies / propaganda.

    My boss already lied to us.

    This Savaysa NR IC plan is a cluster. Stupidest plan ever, this could make me quit to get away from the insanity.
