Have the interviews already started for the upcoming expansions? I've seen postings on the site for multiple territories across the nation. And how will the offers be handled? Contingent upon the migraine drug approval?

Have people already started to get contacted about interviews? If so, how long after they applied?

I've already had 3 phone interviews and a background check authorization.

Thats because you're interviewing for a backfill position that needs a rep in place before the expansion starts. Expansion territories aren't even official yet.

I've already had a phone screen w recruiter, phone screen w manager and background/drug screen. This isn't a backfill territory.., it's specifically for the contingent migraine drug..

Well then if you do get an offer be prepared to wait. Offers will go out with a tentative start date contingent upon the pdufa. Most likely November, but could be December. Worst case is if the drug is delayed and you start next year. But you should know that by now. Good if you're willing to wait a couple more months at your current company. Bad if you've been laid off and need something sooner.

I've had 2 phone screens, a skype with the hiring manager and a face to face with her tomorrow. But I haven't had to pee in a cup yet. You really had to do the drug test before you were offered a job? That's odd. Wonder if that bodes well for me or not. Of course I've already signed the forms for background/drug check but haven't been required to do one yet. Anyone know how much the migraine drug will be in terms of % of bonus or % of expected time. I don't have a feel for what the promotion is actually going to look like.

I was told there are 20 expansion territories across the nation. That seems really low. Could that be the number in the region? It was the regional recruiting manager that said that.

My bad. I meant to say ..the initals of "the" rrm- not "thr" rrm.

how about ask for the initials and qualifications of the applicant. So many posts placed on here by posers collecting for competitors in our market. Could not care less that they choose to be rats for a career. Rats profiting off of our sincere intentions is bogus.

The Mgr initials are SS, I think she's great. Mine are WS and I have 18 years in the industry as sales, account manager and headquarters experience. Multiple national awards. I'm on here because I really want this job. I'm not a troll or competing company. I'm just asking for help.

It is no wonder our company has a bad reputation. What a rude arrogant post. Asking about interviewing is not a crime

Does anyone have any insight on the online test Hr just sent over . The first part was ok , but then it's allot of those sat reasoning type questions . I really want the job ! Hopefully I got some correct , it was very tricky I thought.

That was a tricky test. The deductive part screwed me over. Took it over the weekend and I think I got 1 question right. If that weeds me out then oh well.

They said I had to finish at least 12 of the 18 deductive reasoning questions. I only got to 11 and I'm sure I missed a few of those but I'm progressing along the interview process so it must not be that high a weighting or I would have stalled out right there
