Thinking of taking a job working for him. Looking for some feedback seemed like a nice guy.

He needs to be fired for leadership skills and poor performance.

Run.... No BS.... Just run. If you want to be treated like a primary care rep, this place is for you. If you want to be treated like a professional look elsewhere...

Oh where to begin? The Wharton School of business will use him as a case study someday. Even elite schools like theirs appreciate a good satire.

I had a field ride with him. All of my customers asked that I never bring him back. My friend in another area told me the same thing.

He should be on a PIP based on his last 2 years. The walls are closing in how does it feel?

PIP, yeah right...instead he will be promoted to another division.

How many millions of dollars in lost sales have occurred in the areas where Matt hired poor ABLs? $10 million or more is my guess. When turnover occurs sales drop and turnover has been huge. When employees don't work because they hate their ABL sales decline. A poor ABL hire is a lot more costly than a few bad rep hires.

Matt is the smartest guy in the room this can't be right. He is a Harvard grad right.

He is personally responsible for running off one of the best reps this BU had. But I guess he is still not the worst RD being that he is not named in any sexual harrassement law suits.

The guy blames everyone else for his poor performance. Last place for 2 straight years look in the mirror Matt.

He's a narcissist... Every bad decision is the reps fault, not his or marketing ....the reps. Finger pointing is not a leadership skill... Look at his numbers, turnover and manager hires. Need I say more.....

He will finish the year in last place of course it's not his fault. He will PIP the entire Northeast by the end of the year.

Matt made one decision which was the start of his downfall and the Northeast's downfall. This decision probably can be viewed as the first bad decision that was largely discussed. He has made many bad decisions since. Any guesses on his first bad decision which will eventually end his career at Novartis ?

Matts m.o is too fire reps, threaten managers, want to micromanage every failed detail of his business plan and when it doesn't work, fire more reps, threaten more managers, attempt another failed business plan.......at what point is he sent packing???? Turnover has to be around 70%....

It had to start with hiring ED as the Philly ABL.
