Boston will never close, they have 89 years remaining on the lease.

Ha! I love it, corporate welfare.

Is there any truth to the statement that Scott Berk has been let go? I read it above, but is it true? High salary for doing nothing whatsoever. No one can imagine why he's been retained at all.

It a hub. I don't see Jersey or Pennsylvania making it. I am always surprised when people are shocked about the cuts there. If you are looking for special needs r*****s, those areas have a surplus. There is no future in those areas.
There is one east coast hub. It's Boston.

He's working for Celgene now and at higher paid position. Merck lost a great scientist.

Merck has no great scientists. The lack of a pipeline proves it.
If he was that great he would have produced something.
Just a bunch of zombie scientists, going through the motions.
Checking off their meaningless accomplishments for YER.

He was no scientist. Merck still has some good scientists, but their voices are drowned out by the countless yes-men and women. I don't think the lower level scientists are to blame, mainly the constant change from middle to upper management on program strategy that put Merck's pipeline behind.

Who cares about Berk when the real issue is the gross incompetence, inexperience and even negligence of the leadership at this site. Boston will remain the perpetual promise that will never deliver.

It's more about culture. You can't compare Massachusetts to Crap Jersey or Pennsylvania. We are better educated, dedicated to work and family, and are better in every aspect of life. There is no talent in NJ or PA. Where could you get a degree in engineering of any value? Rutgers or Penn State? You can wipe your ass with those diplomas. Little or no value.

It's like the Patriots. If we don't win a Superbowl, another team got extremely lucky. How are those Jets, Giants, and Steelers doing? It's been a while since they got they trophy.

90 year lease and is the east coast hub. Why are you so shocked when you get cut, asked to take a package, or cry like a baby and say you were forced out. It's because of us. You're a bunch of idiots. We laugh at you. If we dropped our IQ by 50 points we would still be smarter.

If you dropped by 50 points you would be where you are normally, known as an imbecile!

You should have no problem filling out the unemployment paperwork soon. I hear jersey pays out really well compared to other states.

Be gone. Back to the basement with you.

It is like a family that made its money on illegal scotch, a politician who drowned a young girl while married, a politician who played with Marilyn, an irish mobster should I go on

Brady was not suspended. Don't be bitter because we are more successful than you.

It's so unbecoming of you idiots.

I do work here. Guess where? Boston is great. It's clean, we care about our kids, and do everything better. Did you even watch football? Brady is hands down the best QB in the history of the NFL. 4 Superbowl rings with 3 Superbowl MVP's. He was a sixth round pick. He embraced our friendly culture and become the best.

Why is it when you drive through Jersey it smells like crap? It's such a jersey smell.
