Utter bullshit. Covidien is being called a division of Medtronic, so its still maintaining its identity. Trying to make this go away is a pathetic attempt to erase a long history of bad acts by a company run by execs with questionable decision making abilities. You made your bed. Sleep in it.
No doubt...corrupt leadership....I used to work in suture and hernia division for a brief time...glorified pharmaceutical sales with lying management and questionable HR.....you can't change your name and pretend that the company is on the level as the majority of the Medtronics division
