WTF Joe?? People are resigning daily and things stay that same. The willingness to recommend is a joke. Don't waste your time on surveys if you do nothing to address the real issues. (Comp. changes now) If the company is above plan like Rohit keeps saying in all his "win one for the Gipper!" emails then how are the reps not getting paid? I'm sure you are quite comfortable with that $3,000,000 income. However, most of us making 30-50 times less than you and need to feed our families. Figure out a way to help us. Corporate theft does not build employee or customer loyalty. Or just keep doing what you are doing and the workers will never support your greedy mission. Look in the mirror before you go to sleep tonight and ask yourself. Am I doing what's best for my employees? Is this the way I would treat my family? You know the answers Joe. Now take action today.

Obviously the Joe's huddles don't work because nothing that's really material changes!!!! In fact some things just get worse (like executive management). What are you doing for us?

Well, we have added 2 new area VP's, 6 franchise leaders, and whatever of Guarev's relatives that needed a job. Executives are expanding and getting paid well.

Oh believe me, there is no loyalty to this company from anyone. That stopped about 2 years ago. Everyone here will leave when THEY are good and ready. There are jobs out there, and yes they pay better then this shit hole. First year pharma reps are making more then we are. And yes, GPS tracking is pretty much the last straw. You take and take and take from the people that are bringing in the cash flow to your company. One word. Karma.

Just listened to the Town Hall. Joe said his strategy is working. If that plan is to growth the business, screw the reps out of commissions, pay a below market base salary and kill overall morale. Mission accomplished! Great maybe you and all the new leaders can have a celebration meal on the backs of the workers. You are a selfish and greedy man. Karma will catch up with you.

Joe's survival depends upon EBITDA and Apax unloading Acelity ASAP. They don't honestly give a rip about employee engagement - it's all show. Joe faces a delicate balance between managing the expense of people relative to the direct revenue they can contribute and or influence. You'll continue to get lip service. If by some reason, things get better for employees, do not believe for a minute that it was the primary intention. Any improvement for employees will be a by product of a greater need that meets the need of the Acelity and Apax leadership.

in what world is Acelity sold at a profit?
    This is a serious question

It won't be. But it will be sold to minimize losses. And with the acquisitions, it will look net neutral on paper.

This company has no soul which is s direct correlation to its leadership. When the bottom line is the only concern a company can never truly be great. This lack of vision is why we have not been successful in executing the plan to be sold. Joe, you have it in you to do the right thing. It is possible to take care of employees and still make a profit.

Why would he? He set himself up to make millions with the IPO, on top of his million dollar salary and bonus. Has it taken you this long to realize they only care about themselves? They don't care about you or anyone else.

90 percent of these "leaders" have sociopathic tendencies.

Why did Rob C refer to femae reps by first name only today, but male reps by first and last name. Do female reps not have last names here?

    anonymous Guest

Simply because he doesn't know our last names. The reps he disrespects more than than the male reps are, you guessed it, the female reps. As previously stated, he obviously does not think very highly of the sales teams here.
