What if you don't have a territory and are just a member of a team? Case coverage and set up reps should be good...we don't make a lot but we should be ok. It's the high dollar senior guys who are battling to survive

 

The GM will follow the corporate directive and she will try to keep 100% of the sales representatives. If you are in the field, your best efforts should be focused on understanding that Zimmer Biomet has the best bag in the industry. Use it to grow your income with your relationships starting tomorrow.

 

Yeah right...100% retention is just BS! In KC it's a bloodbath with changes; territory changes and commission reductions. W2 to 1099 is ridiculous and just another way to save money and force people to take their skills elsewhere. Why is Biomet running everything anyway? Doesn't make any sense

 

because Zimmer leadership is terrible. you know that.

 

Jackie Ross has been great to work with and has been supportive whenever I've needed anything. The new guy is weak! I'm sure the higher ups love the guy but nobody here even likes him.

You folks are all "slaves to the grind." Your working for "The Man" consequently, you are at his heals and request without compromise. Or suffer the whip or plainly just be fired like a dog.
Then you can become an independant sales person and find out how good a salesperson you truly are?

Better yet, you can leave the market altogether and leave it to the wolves like me that are constantly picking off your territory in small guerrilla skirmishes. I'm just posting here because I have heard and seen recently what you corporate sales robots are being paid now days and watching them cruxh your sales territories up into 1million dollar territories at most. Drop your commission and make YOU LIKE IT! They will replace you in a heart beat with a fresh uneverything kid from college who thinks $35,000.00 with a promise is big stuff. Go ahead and insist on YOUR RIGHTS! They will can your ass fast!
