I did the phone screen for a field position 2 weeks ago and aced it. When I closed I was told I would be moved forward. I then was emailed the personality assessment. I got thru that and then filled out the application to be sent to the hiring manager. This was two weeks ago and have heard nothing as of yet. Is this normal? Should I worry? Is there someone I should contact? Any direction would be appreciated.
it depends . For me that was about right . I started the process in late December. I had my phone interview Mid January and a face to face a month later. I was offered the job 2-3 weeks after my face interview . However , I have heard from some people it was as short as a month . Either way they will inform you. Good luck .
