I mean really? Threaten to destroy company property? Really? Admit to putting out mediocre concentrators when everyone has access to new ones? Really?

If things are really so bad with the company why do you stick around? Why do you show up every morning? If you have an issue why don't you address it with your lcm?

Let's use this forum to make our company a better place and not be so destructive please.

I agree these people think like losers. So sad for them to admit what is in their minds. I am shocked they have the time to make a negative post. All it is doing is attracting more negative into their lives. I do not understand people but no wonder they are miserable.

Because the employer has contempt for its employees... Employees can only be exploited so long before the feelings are mutual.

I will keep it pithy for you... Underpaid and overworked.

CSR's and PST's need to form a union.. That would make Rotech a better place to work.

Nah no need for that, just flush the turds like all these multiple management positions and the sales reps. Then spread some of that pay around to those who actually do all the work like CSR's and PST's.

We don't have access to new concentrators.. How do we get those?
All we get is the same old crap that comes from the repair facility and proceeds to alarm the moment you plug it in at a new set up. It's embarrassing. Then management whines about all the overtime because so much time is spent swapping out concentrators after hours.

The spite is because the corporate team does not listen to their leaders in the field. Robin is a terrible leader. She ran the billing centers terribly and now the company.
