What is the average for a PSS with 13 years experience, all AZ, maybe career ladder 3?

I make $84k and wondered if this is in range.

In range yes. But at least $30K more that this job is worth which is exactly why most of us will be unemployed soon.

How much for ESS? I heard the increase at offer for promotion wasn't very high, $5k ballpark. Any truth?

According to DSS, ESS makes at least $120k base and $50k bonus for doing nothing all day! Come onboard the lazy train.

They are going to need that extra 5k when the majority of then are sent packing. Do you think for one moment that DSS getting back the Endos is for increasing sales? It's all a strategy for massive cuts down the road along with adding on PSS reps which is most likely the end for the contract reps.

The bigger lie is DSS getting the endos back.

Fact 1. ESS makes some more,in the 5k -6 range, ,basically you'd get this going from cl3-4,too . but not like the post says of 120k.

Fact 2. PSS,you are right on target with years exp. and base..move to another pharma company and you should expect 90-93k range. AZ doesn't pay for loyalty, your years of service are insignificant.

Fact 3. It's worth it to Stay until there are any layoffs. Get a severance package, perhaps.

Most resumes coming in are not top notch.

Anyone making the big bucks here or anywhere needs big experience and more....no joke level resumes. No chimps or skimmers...
