I'm trying to think of an IC Plan that would work and motivate the sales force. Please add your thoughts or ideas as well, as this is a work in progress:

    Mini: 20%, Combi: 30%, Brisdelle: 40%, Daytrana: 10%
Have a set payout amount for "maintaining" all 4 products numbers in a territory. Have the plan increase payout if the rep can (ACTUALLY...lol) grow these products.

    Brisdelle:
It's a simple $10 for every new Brisdelle prescription and $5 for every new one that gets refilled starting September 1st. All Trx before that point would not be eligible. Pay the $10 for the first 3-6 months, as once you reach that threshold most patients will stay on it. Hopefully they won't realize they are taking something that is comparable to a sugar pill or an anti-depressant that 2.5mg will make a world of a difference. Also hopefully they believe in our products after we blew our company funds and screwed over 75-100 jobs for people because we thought 2.5mg was the perfect dose and we could convince doctors through fantastic training and messaging from our managerial brain trust and trainer G. Choi (haha).

What this does is motivates reps to promote all 4 products. I'm not saying it's perfect, but I think reps could get behind this. this way you push harder for that Brisdelle (efficacy almost exactly the same as placebo) script but follow up with those providers on the importance of this patient refilling the first few months to get the peak benefit (which we aren't exactly sure what that is) of Brisdelle (safety profile same as placebo with efficacy comparable to placebo)

Ok, now tear me apart! :)

We all need to give you props! You truly want to see what employees think is fair and the only way to get a true answer is on this board probably. Otherwise many will not feel comfortable to share their true feelings. Thanks!

The only thing you left out was the part where we change the plan after the results are in so that top performers don't get paid. Thanks for your input, we'll take it under consideration.
