Are the target list that reps are given realistic in that the rep can see he target and when called on will grow the repisratory products?

IF YOU WERE GOOD ENOUGH TO WORK FOR A MANUFACTURER YOU WOULD BE BUT YOU ARE JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH AND THAT IS WHY YOU ARE AT THIS LAST STOP DUMP CSO. IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT QUIT. THERE ARE DOZENS OF OTHER TALENTLESS FLUNKIES JUST LIKE YOU WAITING FOR YOUR CSO HACK JOB BECAUSE THAT IS THE BEST THEY CAN DO. DEAL WITH IT PUNK.

Due to- access issues, sunshine act and th electronic age of information, Manufacturer sales positions have greatly declined.....cso positions are a way to increase the sales force at a lower more flexible cost....

No you are wrong I like contract jobs bc it's less work I don't want to work hard & I dont want to move up. I know it's less pay so it's less work but my current manager doesn't see it that way! This job supplements my shopping habits.

I was a direct rep with major companies for years. When I got laid off I came to publicis. I liked it but had to leave. I couldnt afford to stay in such a low paying job. Unless you live in a dirt cheap area of the country its not possible to work in these rep jobs if you're the only breadwinner. If you're a manager I hear its a good income. I wonder though, how some of the managers got to be managers. It seems to probably be connections. Some are lacking in experience and most of the experienced reps know way more than their managers.
