Things here on the bus are just fantastic! I'm dropping BH, MM, and JH off at the next stop, the car wash. You want to get off here as well or keep riding around with me? I can guarantee you I have been here long before you got here and I will be here long after you are gone. Fine w/me if BH is still here, I am more than happy to continue collecting a paycheck while putting forth zero effort under his watch. Easiest money I've ever made in my life! Many of us feeling the same way in this toxic culture so we'll just ride out the storm, enjoy the paychecks for doing nothing and wait for the inevitable end to BH's reign of mediocrity. Beep, beep, this is your stop, pal, the applications for Wal Mart greeter are just inside to your right!

He probably won't be for long. He has no track record, no successful programs, everything has been a bust. He was a regional manager for less than a year. What kind of background do you have to have to become a director?
