yes. 70% of Latuda reps are under goal, despite working hard and carrying this company every year. 80% of Aptiom reps are above goal with many reps in the 150% to goal area. Not bad for an underperforming drug where most reps are happy to get 5 scripts per week. The 5 include TRX and NRX.

Well , I stopped working an hour ago. I am on the Aptiom side and work 10-2, 10-3 if I feel energetic.

70% of the nation for Latuda is under goal desite the fact that they have been asked to carry this company for years.

over 80% of the Aptiom salesforce is above goal. most reps are over 130% to goal with many over 150% to goal. How do we do it? The goals have been the same for 3 quarters and the TRxs and NRXs finally exceeded the goals of 3 quarters ago.

If I was on the Latuda side and carrying this company and Aptiom reps are making 20k a quarter, I would be long gone by now. To the above poster, you want to be in a bucket 3, work 20 hours per week and cash nice bonuses

Our comp plan went to trimesters to be innovative. Yes, trimesters and buckets. When you think cutting edge pharma you think of Sunovion.

Who's this Aptiom you speak of?

Aptiom is a glorified trileptal. What a joke! I don't see how some of you reps are still employed with 2 scripts a week. I would be embarrassed to call myself a rep with that performance.

Buckets, trimesters, this is the most entertaining loss that i can recall.

Making a higher bonus for getting 3.6 scripts per week than someone who gets 12 scripts per week. Having 1 reps bucket stay the same since launch and others increase 1 or 2 levels to much higher goals.

underperformers since launch now being rewarded for a few scripts

Sippy and Fanale should be forced to walk around with buckets on their heads.

Just be a good paper pusher and you'll be just fine here. No pressure as long as you just do the tons of admin work.

Yes, forget everything that you know about pharma sales. Agree with your manager on everything, even when you know that they are wrong.

Follow all of the rediculous policies that they roll out. Call on top targets twice a week. Use scripted openers and closes spoon fed to you by managers who were bad reps.

Do not work more than 20 hours per week calling on physicians. You wuill need 15 hours per week for admin.

Lay low and collect the paycheck

If you only get 4 scripts a week and don't make quota, volunteer for special projects and assignments, be an admin assistant to the boss....... No worries you will soon be on easy street with job security. lMAO

Just you all wait. Hell's fire and furry is going to rain down on Aptiom from high above. Japan was told that monotherapy would be a game changer and that has not been the case. Heard management has been looking at the weekly data and having to share it each and every week post monotherapy with Japan. Things are not going well.

Big shake up coming from my sources. Major accountability being pushed down to get the product going or suffer dire circumstances. The good news is that managed markets will FINALLY be held accountable for jump starting Aptiom. I think they are going to get a completely new comp plan that heavily Aptiom focused. I for one will welcome them finally engaging with me and my team. They've been no where to be found since launch and maybe that will help. Crimany jeepers, it will be good to see them finally do some type of work anyway.

Time for a cliche: Rome wasn't built in a day.
There is no reason patients shouldn't do well on Aptiom monotherapy as long as you can get appropriate patients started and not just the most refractory folks in town.
Is it insurance double step edits that prevent that from happening or something more?
I hardly think that less than a month since FDA approval of the new indication that anyone should be panicking or rushing to judgement. Probably takes weeks just to get the PAs through.
