And I have enough saved emails, voicemails and taped conversations to sink a good number of them......
I'm completely miserable and my manager who is actually pretty good is extremely miserable. Why? One certain RD who leads by fear and threats. I have never been treated like such a grade school kid in my professional life. Every single person on my team is doing their best to get out. I'm interviewing for a position making 15K less just to get out. I Will get back into the MS market when a real bio tech company starts hiring. Words cannot describe how miserbale this BU is.
