Stay far away from the clinical division of Publicis. The leadership there, Diana and Ruth, suck so so bad. They don't care about their employees and their people. They just care about themselves. Ask all the teams that have gone down.

Diana is no longer there, strong leadership at the helm, many new contracts.

It's a great team eye care education to eye care docs. Strong management with KOL connections to help the team successfully hit targets and make great impact ,

I'm confused. Do we bring in lunches and sample eye drops?
Do I get a company... no car, maybe car, check back with me tomorrow about the car, or possiblely a car?

You will do what the contracting company wants, including lunches. The first year will be good, but then watch out. They will expect more from you and as time goes on it will get harder to achieve those metrics. Almost half of my clinical team was gone by the end of the second year of the contract. They kept raising expectations to the point none of us could get the number of calls per day the contract company wanted.

Every company is different I have been on contracts that were easy, some hard.

Every contract is different, but the Publicis management stays the same. Publicis doesn't understand clinicians. They don't listen, have short tempers, and will not support you. You are better off going to other contract companies that will look out for you when the contract comes to an end. And it will end.

The management on this team is a joke. The connections don't mean shit, and these rejects think they will be rolled over to the client! hahahahhaha The best part is when they smack-talk the client behind their back.... classic.

So, look at every contract that has ended. 95% of the nurses move on, and a small fraction get "rolled" to the next contract. Then those that get rolled, don't get rolled a second time. Why? Cause Ruth is a douchecanoe. Just saying.
