It's funny how the organization, Gail, Richard only recognize and want people to be dicks like them.

 

No where in the industry does the "Elitist" attitude exist than at NOVARTIS. Its a character flaw that seems to draw the worst from a far. It's a festering pool of self righteousness.

 

Unfortunately, that elitist attitude is pervasive throughout all of the industry. If you think it's only happening here at Novartis, you're delusional. .

At the end of the day, who really fucking cares.. do your job well and let them bury themselves.. they always do.. have been around long enough to witness one douche after another do so.. all while expending ZERO energy giving a crap..

 

It's more focused at Novartis due to the fact that they love to hire "CONSULTANTS." Take a gander at the backgrounds of Sr. Management and most department heads. Novartis loves to hire "friend and family". Epstein is a great example!

 

They love top tier consulting companies like Mckinsey! Too bad that Ivy league education doesn't buy good common sense or practical experience. They do make pretty slides, which usually amounts to nothing.

 

Her boy NIKOS was from That crap consulting company. She is just like him, they both think they are the smartest people in a room. More like most anti-social, snobby, sneaky leaders at novartis

 

That's what you get from a marketing microbiologist do you really think she is a good fit in sales leadership

 

Couldnt have said it better myself. The MSBU is this way and it look at horrible that division has performed.

 

All I know is she will lose to other regionals. They are all better than this robot.
