It's easy to rip this company apart. I'll give you that. I've been around long enough to live through the mistakes. And I definitely love the posts that completely destroy people. I mean, GG is a complete screw up and RL can't keep it in his pants. It's a good time for sure. But if you really think about it, is it really that bad here? Can you believe that they actually pay us to drive around in a car all day and basically do nothing? It really is one of the easiest jobs on the planet. I mean a monkey could do this job. My DM is cool as shit and for the most part I like it here. Go ahead and rip me apart, but this place sure beats a real 40 hour/week job.

and that's exactly the problem with DSI "drive around and do nothing". sounds like the ideal candidate for a promotion. i can refer you in if you want, but i guess you don't need that you probably are already a hospital rep

I guess if we all had " cool as shit managers " we would like it- unfortunately I have other pharma exp so I have a lot to compare to- DSI has several vacancies in my region/ for such a "great job" why so many openings? The good old boy club is one big reason... I've been here a year or so- I have been treated very poorly since hire - for not kissing reps ass who are favorites of DM- I
Am nice and professional but I will not kiss reps ass when they are no better than me/ I love when DM gets on me for not sampling a big doc twice a week, yet my lazy partner hasn't been to said doc in a month /that's how you retain talent ! Bully the new people! Or reps who don't want to play the game - we are professionals ! Not running for prom queen! They throw so much money away constantly training reps - dumb Meetings we could do online - pay is NOT industry standard !! Lots of gossip and throwing others under the bus - when the person being thrown under did nothing wrong!the thrower did! Not a way to motivate and grow sales! Doc relationships get access-not constant new hires just out of college - my take

You might want to ask DSI for a lifetime contract with that type of drive around and do nothing attitude because your only other hope is Inventiv with that type of attitude. Go back to retail moron.

You're going to tell us that you don't get in your car and do nothing? Big deal, you see 6 doctors a day for 30 seconds each, enter 4 fake DO's and go home. That's difficult? Who are you bullshitting!?

You sound like an idiot. Used car sales is probably more your thing. Turn in your fleet car and head to the sleaziest car lot in your town and get a job that's a better fit for you.

100% agree. I hate sales and I'm not any good at it, but I love Pharma sales! Easiest/most overrated job in the world!

Hate to spoil it for everyone, but if you leave this little DSI bubble pharma sales isn't a monkeys job running around for signatures and samples drops acting like a circus clown. At the large respectable companies they expect you to be driving sales. You would be fired pretty quick if you worked there from the sounds of it, so make sure you get a handle on how unemployment works if you ever decide to leave DSI

This nicely sums up why this company is rapidly going bankrupt.

I like it here for the same reason everyone else does...sales is not for me. If you're a person who truly has the skill to sell...you wouldn't even look at Phrama! And definitely not on cafepharma.

CafePharma exsist because this is a fluff/unimportant job that allows for rep to participate in this meaningless website. We are all wasting our life's away on this silly website.

I also do like DSI, have done well and can't understand the negativity. Sometimes things have not worked out in my favor over the years, but, overall they have been good. My question is what is so bad? Is it that different at other pharma companies? Are there headaches that time can't smooth out? I see pretty good that can play out well, my guess is that some disgruntled people as usual on CP need a teet to suck on....

You are exactly right! No one even wants to co promote with DSI any longer bc the reps don't even get out of bed and try to sell! This company is done. Hope all these jokers know how to build a resume soon

Based on your command of the english language, I can see why you like it at DSI.
