HO resignations

There have been a lot of resignations at the HO last week and this week. Not surprising as bonuses were paid out. The ship continues to sink.

 

Yup, the talent drain is remarkable. Everyone with any ability is jumping ship. The HO is a disaster!

 

MM has taken a huge hit. No one wants to work with BA. The recent promo to Sr. Director in March just quit. I guess SS is no bargain either.

 

No products worth selling and our pipeline is still under the command of Gormley. DSI is the only company the rewards failure.

 

There truly are a lot of morons in the HO. The MM team is a disaster and completely incompetent (yeah, they said that Savaysa would have no problem getting commercial and Part D access). The marketing teams are a joke and the market analytics team is full of stupid people, including the team lead, who was kicked off the Savaysa team a few years ago. She is a complete joke and everyone hates her.

 

Destroyed this company over years with his inability to produce and keep us competitive. DSI's biggest loser!

 

GG is a problem for sure. Kk and SS are boys - Amgen's B team. RL acts like work is happy hour and hopes to hook up before last call. Look at the HO people that were saved in last round. BA is hated by everyone. He thinks he is better than everyone else. Hopelessly inept all of them.

 

GG can't produce. He is reason everyone is leaving. See no future with GG at helm.

In any other company these clowns would be fired for their part in in Suckvaysa. KK needs to fire them all

 

No, I think that poster is talking about C Pino. She is extremely insecure and mean just to be mean. People are leaving her group all the time. She got kicked off the edox team a few years ago and got demoted to our other bomb, Effient. But EC is a joke as well. She would have been cut during the last round of layoffs if it wasn't for her being like 7 months pregnant. I worked with her a while back and she is wretched as well.

 

I agree with all of this. CP is just not a good leader. She is insecure and reactionary. And when she is upset, she takes it out on everyone. I worked with her for a while and the best strategy was to avoid her as much as possible. She is running a department that she doesn't know much about, which is a recipe for disaster. DSI needs to do a better job selecting their leaders.
