I make 6 CPD and I'm practically a hero in my district. It's laughable how low our bar is set. But, it's money in the bank.

Hey man. I know a lot of guys are hating on you and the rest of the ESS reps, don't listen to them. Enjoy it. For whatever fucked up reason it was developed and the whole thing seems to be fairly insulated from reality and accountability. It's not you that bothers me, I actually wish I was over there with you. It's that smug piece of shit Snook who has that bizarre way of smiling from the bridge of the RMS Titanic telling everyone that all is well. Sadly, someday it will be only him and his crew that sail off on the lifeboats when it all goes down. They'll drift over safely to Lilly, or even back to BI. We'll all be the scattered relics, compasses, shoes, broken china and doorknobs on display at a traveling exhibit.

The changes in structure took us from leaders to followers in diabetes, struggling to keep up with the competition. We are already broken china, everyone knows it and admits it except those up top.

Stop complaining. ESS is vital to the survival of the diabetes franchise

We don't have any need to communicate with DSS. All primary care reps do is complain and can't sell if their lifes depended on it. If you need help, call us. Otherwise, stay away.

Keep on telling your self that Lol, the end is near my friend and the fat lady is warming up her vocal cords , this newest change on having ESS focus on BYD is just the beginning of the end.

Yep. No one wants to admit the reality that we sell a dog drug. DOG. The egos and mismanagement of the whole "specialty" structure is only compounding that and certainly will not save AZ. Even after that silly, ginormous pen came out, it is still ridiculous. Serious question everyone... how many of you have actually tried the product? I don't need it but I took it for weight loss. Whatever, judge away I don't give a fuck. Yes, it worked for a while, lost 10lbs until my body got used to it and I ate with it and the weight came back. Those "nodules"?? Lol. The reality is no matter how much we minimize them, they ARE a big deal. Imagine a lump the size of a lima bean under your skin. Palpable, there for 4-6 weeks. That means you will always have 4-6 of them on your body. The needle, yes you do feel it and it does bleed sometimes. Make sure you have a bandaid handy or you'll spot on your undershirt. And the last fun fact... look at the PI for something called an injection site hematoma. Yep, they do happen and it happened to me - 30 something healthy male. After injecting I had a raised welt under my skin, after it went down I had a deep bruise that spread out like I had been hit in the abdomen by a 100 mph fastball. Lasted for three weeks. Fun stuff. Not so funny though when we have competition that has easier to use, less painful options. Bydureon sucks.

Look at the quarterly numbers. They look great for Bydureon. If you are not growing by leaps and bounds you need to find another job. This is a great device, great drug, and with ESS leading the teams this is a win win win

By what metric? The only one I saw that was cherry picked to demonstrate growth was new to class. New to class??? How limited is a group of docs that have never written a glp?

growth was great with Bydureon. This is a great drug. If you are not growing you should consider going elsewhere to work.

Specialty deserves a standing ovation for the the growth we've delivered.

Growth you've delivered??? You realize you are just about par with Byetta, a BID legacy product that has had no serious promotion effort for a few years. Don't hurt yourself patting that back bud.

Check the numbers again bud. Specialty IS serious promoshion, we delivered on AZ goals left and right. We get the credit we deserve, you just aren't privy to the kudos. Don't worry, we will still carry you.

Most of us came from Amylin. We were born and raised in specialty. We have always run the show.

And that's where you all fucked up the bydureon launch. Small growth three years out is still falling short no matter how you spin it. It's a bullshit play. Can't you just enjoy your bloated salary and just shut the fuck up. Why is there the need to try and convince the rest of us you are special? Mommy not validate you enough growing up?
