Then this does not apply to you. What you are doing will get you fired but not likely prosecuted unless you are stealing on a grand scale. They will just be happy to be rid of you. This is about slandering people by name on CP and doing it enough to be considered cyber bullying which is a felony. It is the only way AZ has to protect their employees from these type of ongoing attacks.

 

Notice that the personal attacks that have been going on for months have finally stopped. This is just more evidence that the posting were all coming from this same individual and supports AZ's claims of cyber bullying against this person whose name evidently was submitted to human resources last week. I for one hope justice is served so we can stop these anonymous personal slanders once and for all.

If you are so confident, then go ahead and post something about someone by name as the previous poster did and see what happens. Better yet, post about TM or FB so you can be linked to this thread. CP will cooperate with AZ if someone attacks a person by name routinely. It is against CP policy too because, it is a felony subject to a subpoena.

 

If she is lucky Tom and Fran will be satisfied that AZ stopped this. Or they could file a civil suit against her.

 

All it would take is for a current or former AZ employee to go to jail or lose a monetary settlement for these type of cowardly attacks on CP to stop. The word would spread like wildfire throughout the company. Let's hope that it happens but at least the poster shut this bitch up.

Nobody has posted her name. That is the difference. The only people who know who she is are those that are being impacted by her negative rants and a few who suspect they know because of past history. However suggesting someone is gay or is having an affair with a co-worker and posting their name continuously so to do damage to their work relationships, careers, and personal relationships is a crime. If you know her and reported her then you have just opened yourself up to be in the middle of the investigation. Everything you have said about her is now open for her to use against you.
