Is it true he received an offer from Alcon and it was pulled because what was written on Cafepharma?

 

He is at Greer and doing the same thing from the other companies. He has fired over 2/3 of the sales force and lowered pay, then hired 70 new reps for a drug that will fail. He will bring Greer down, just like he did with all his other jobs! Why do people keep hiring this guy? He is a class act, with no future. I hope he gets fired again, but his friend, rick Russell hired him. So let's see in six months if he will be trying to find another job! I hope Greer sees this guy for who he is! Awful, disrespectful, will throw anyone to the wolves without blinking an eye. Be warned, hope he never comes back to Novartis or any other company! Worst VP of sales ever.

Chris Blanc has landed in the perfect place if he is working for Novartis! Excellent hire Novartis! We can always count on your stellar HR department to do the right thing and protect your employees and keep your strong culture intact!!! LOL
Chris is a soulless, mindless, cruel, ignorant, vile excuse for a human being! He should not be allowed to work with living creatures of any kind! Not animals or plants or even bacteria in the lab! He should be locked in a small closet alone with a computer and his spread sheets and then be allowed to take his spread sheets home to sleep with under his pillow and bring them back the following day. He can communicate via fax, phone and through the computer. If he needs to attend a meeting he should not be allowed to engage in any conversation! He will only clear his throat nervously anyway!
Novartis is a company that functions solely on GREED! Novartis hise side effects, rob, steel, lie and cheat to get what they want..... A perfect fit!!!

Has he really been hired at Novartis? I have worked for him in the past and worst human being on the planet. I am currently interviewing for the expansion and need to know. I will not take the job if this rumor is true? Is he replacing Richard ?? I will not ever work for this man again. Be warned.

 

First, you probably should not work for Novartis. Have you read Cafepharma? They keep 20% of your bonus and it is up to the subjective opinion of your manager if you will receive it. A bonus that is, in my opinion, below average. Second, even though Blanc isn't in your BU today does not mean he won't be there is the near future. Working at Novartis is a desperation job.
