I see a mass exodus this week. A year of lies. It's like being traded to another team and then have managemant tell you that you have to wear the new uniform, you must follow the rules, you have to be a team player, however, you aren't allowed to make the same money as the other players.

The superstars that we intend to keep have already been brought up to our standards. The rest of you redheaded stepchildren mean nothing to us.

i got a raise. Just that I had to leave Solstas to get it.

Landed a 18 percent increase just walking out the door.

Hello to the village idiot. Your deflections and incendiary comments do not phase me anymore. I am no longer a part of that shithole Solstas.

    Oh, yeah, suck it!

Solstas "legacy employee" Beth Abrams (now apparently at Quest) said that Solstas employees should have never been told that we were going to get raises up to Quest pay. It's not going to happen. All of us that have been told that have been lied to. If Solstas staff would have seen an increase, it would have happened by now. Just quit folks, It seems like these morons at Solstas are trying to run things at Quest and they are screwing things up. Quit...

Don't you all realize that Quest telling you whatever you wanted to hear was part of the plan to placate you and keep you quiet while they took over?

Didn't they also say that they bought Solstas because you gave suck great service and they wanted to learn how you did it and encorporate that into they way they do things? Well, that hasn't happened but it kept you down and quiet during the process.

They said 'nothing is going to change, not even the name' but you now see that wasn't true either.

They aren't going to give across the board raises for you to do the same job (and bring in the same revenue) as you were doing when they bought you. They bought you after all. That is not how the game is played. As long as your pay falls within their payscale range then they are not giving you a raise.

Shame on you for trusting those jokers. And for trusting the jokers in Solstas management who fed you that line of baloney.

All of this has gotten so bad that employees are not only quitting but threatening to find their supervisors and beat the heck out of them on the street. Sometimes people just need to take a beating, that will fix them.

I just watch 4 coworkers quit. On the spot. All because Quest wants to pay new hires more than the current "solstas legacy" employees that have to work side by side and train them. Good job. Way to think ahead management.

Some of these managers need to get their rear ends beaten. One guy who quit told his supervisor that he'd better watch his back. I tell you what, his manager is shaking in his boots. Management does not realize that employees now feel that they have nothing to lose and that they are fair game outside of solstas or quest properly. Lots of managers are going to Be bruised up pretty bad.

I was a solstas legacy employee who was merged into quest. I just quit and sold a lots of info about the companies to another one. So that was my raise. Just a couple phone calls and emails and that was it. What are those lazy bums going to do about it. Payback!

people are so slow at quest because of this merger you could never get caught with espionage. The bottom line is saving money and not the company's butts. LabCorp and Path Group would love to hear about what to do and not to do

but I'm not going to waste my time on Carter. I seem him out on the streets I will give him the meanest look and go on my way. Knowing him he'll run away with the tail between his legs. He was always cutting back hours and all this bullshit. We couldn't believe he was rehired to be a regional logistics manager for quest after he feared losing his solstas job. Im now with a competitor and he will never get a job at my company.

None of us will see it and maybe not even hear about it, managers like Carter are going to fall. Unemployment can stink, and cutting someone like him can save the company lots of money, so many times more than simply cutting back everybody's hours

Nope, I just want to see him get laid off - trust me folks venting frustration like that can lead trouble. So don't ever say anything like that to anyone. Because you will have no choice but to quit to avoid further problems for yourself. I wouldn't wasted time with him. I'm not going to do anything like that. But boy, all the lies we have been told just to keep us from quitting so the company won't have the headache of having to hire new people.

remove these past few posts. These may have come from a former co-worker and disgruntled employee who is trying to get a former co-worker they disliked in trouble.
