When you have shitty "me-too" products, it's going to be a struggle. When you have the industry's worst training department - which is comprised of single minions who are PC reps for 2 years that can't sell warm jackets to people who live in the Arctic - it's going to be even more of a struggle. When you combine bad products and bad training with DM's that couldn't manage a Jiffy Lube and a VP who is symbolized by the nickname of "Gonorrhea", the struggle just got insurmountable. Add in a Managed Market and RAM team that can't even score meetings with would-be payers - and the struggle just became impossible. Sorry DSI - you are beneath contract companies.

Hi, we have given Rob and the entire sales force full permission to make fake calls because we recognize that the call plan is inaccurate and for some reps, making 9 calls a day is fucking impossible. Thanks and good selling.
