I'm with B+L and I'm pretty happy here. The people I work with seem pretty good and overall not that different from my last pharma company except that I'm not micromanaged as much.

    - when you think about it, there has been a tremendous amount of turnover. Constant revolving door. I can't understand how upper management doesn't recognize that this is a problem. Crappy raises (which is likely less than the general rate of inflation), average at best benefits and a complete lack of corporate culture. Come to think of it, what is the culture here?

When you think about it, if you don't like it, you should leave. No point in constantly whining.

Sounds to be that Valeant and Salix are mirrors when it comes to depressing morale and poor management. Lets just hope two wrongs now make a right

Many changes and more expectations on Valeant side. No work life balance here buddy. U do work of 2-3 reps!

The market had a major sell off today. Very few stocks closed up.

If your manager is useless and doesn't do jack, report them. Im tired of all the blame on reps. My manager doesn't do crap aside from sending out useless emails and BS success stories every other day.
