Unfortunately, they have been reported to HR in corporate. It's very much a "we will instigate these serious allegations." Afterwards, you will be blacklisted and fired for an unrelated issue as quick as possible afterwards.

Then you can try and put your life on hold and sue, or move on. They count on the moving on since most people that work for KCI due it because they need the money.

Several lawsuits are pending currently. KCI is not off the hook.
