I am good with a lot of the stuff that is happening at the company right now, but my manager has turned into a Compulsive Texter! It has got to stop!! Group Texting all day, into the night, on weekends, early in the morning!! Rah, rah and updates on things that I don't need updating on. Another manager in my region is doing the same with that team. Is this a company wide epidemic or an isolated problem?? really, it has gotten to the point of borderline harassment . Just Say No to Text Abuse!!
