Noven Contract

Anyone know anything about this new contract?
Does Publicis really not supply company vehicles and give an allowance instead?

 

Noven = train wreck

 

You should be aware that several Noven reps were hired in Jan and fired in June ...brisdelle is AWFUL

 

They also rolled over 6 reps to Noven. Not many contracts are rolling over repss

 

Rolling over is not always such a good thing. Noven is a cesspool with a VERY short shelf life. That ship is three quarters underwater and they're trying to bail water with teaspoons, all the while the captain telling everyone on board not to worry, it's just a minor leak...smooth sailing ahead.

Go ahead have at it all you want, but remember you were warned.

This is not a new contract. If you read thru the Noven page you will see that they have a history of not always taking care of their reps, even their own who were direct hires. There are some reps who have been there a long time but I wonder how much time even they have left.

 

Many of the good ones are gone. Morale awful. Believe me, most if not all are looking.
