No lay offs are in the works I would guess but it is concerning that when reps are leaving they aren't filling vacant territories....trouble eventually is on the way. #SinkingShipRun

Obviously you aren't "in the know" as much as the people with brains!

As I read through these past posts I can only laugh. Laugh at the morons who continue to question my 100% right predictions about where this company is going. Well there were more layoffs today as promised. And guess what. It's only a warm up to the big one in early September when Noven slims to a 50 to 60 rep force. DB can keep saying everything is peachy with Brisdelle but come on DB, no ones buying that story anymore. But hey, thanks for finally listening to us few reps with sense who post here and making Minivelle more relevant. Too bad it's only way too little way too late.

I'll be back in September to laugh at the morons who complain I spread negativity and say I told you so again.

You are correct. The mood is somber around here. I think there will be more coming too.

So just how significant were the "lay-offs" this time around? Did it really send a fear factor?

What do you mean how significant? Any layoffs are significant in this economy. Everybody is scared. No one wants to be without a job these days.

Stop being obnoxious. Any layoff is bad, regardless of the economy. You don't need to bring up that tired cliche.
What people want to know is how many people were laid off.

Around 50 employees were let go from the Miami and New York offices. Departments like Finance, IT, HR, Operations, Legal and more were impacted in this round of layoffs.

Somber day today in Miami as 40-plus good people bid their final farewells, many of whom have given Noven many, many years of dedicated service. Shame to see so much of the bad management that bullied and helped drive this still there.

Unfortunately, the call came down today that the Noven sales force would cease to exist as of early next year. Interpretation: Layoffs will occur anytime between now and January 2016.

The sad truth here is that those at the top, who would never listen to the reps for fresh ideas, caused this whole collapse. Had they done some of the things that we suggested to them earlier, we might not be in this position today. My only hope is that everyone in the whole NY office loose their jobs as well. They should be ashamed to have taken this once great little company to collapse. And yes, I know that Brisdelle would never have made it anyway, but they shouldn't have ever brought it to market. We all knew that. Good luck to all of you, except the home office.
