An ASM from the SouthEast Region has resigned. Part of the original Alpha team.

Yep, its a big loss for Lundbeck. CZ was certainly an asset. Guess he had it with the RSD and all the BS lately. Do you know where he went? Was just curious.

Guess he had enough of Big Pharma (Lundbeck). Good for him.

He is a good guy. I wish him well. They are driving everyone away with the big Pharma attitudes. Good luck - CZ!

The Orlando meeting will be interesting! Original Alphas are becoming hard to find. See how many Unicorns you can count at the February NSM. Is there a dozen left of the original 64?

Is Alpha the true Omega. Growing or shrinking? How many reps are now itching for Beta?

That my friend iare the questions for 2016.

Splitting Alpha off from Beta was stupid, and served no purpose. Now you have Alpha ASM's with only a handful of reps. The company is still operating under the delusion that Alpha "sells" Brintellix. Talk about a waste of manpower! A lot of Alpha have left, but then a lot have left over the last couple of years from Lundbeck.

So...will Alpha have a long life or are shipmates on the lookout? Seems some have already used an escape hatch...

Probably 75% of the original 64 Alpha team hired in January of 2013 have left. The turnover rate with this group is well beyond corporate standards. Poor data capture, no attempt to fix the problems and measuring everyone by the same standards to mention but a few issues. Probably the most ill conceived ideas of managing a team that could be imagined. Lots of great sales people left before their reputations could be destroyed.

Worry or no worry. That is the question!

The big problem with pharma ....a great rep for years becomes mud with a dip.

Isn't this normally the exact time of the year that Alpha always had to travel to the Northeast for Otsuka's Nat'l Meeting? Remember the meeting in D.C. during the blizzard, and the one they were forced to cancel in Philly? Otsuka is run by idiots!

Yes Alphs was not invited this year. We were invited to the last three. 2nd one was memorable because most of us were stranded. Then the snowstorm last year cancelled the meeting and we pulled double duty at our NSM. This year they had the Otsuka hospital reps pair with our Maintena counterparts to plan a strategy for our hospitals. Those of us who launched Maintena should not be sidelined. Many of the Otsuka and Lundbeck Alphas haven't sold an LAI and its ashamed we have to turn a lot of our work over to others to put the icing on the cake.

GJ said we chose not to go. Hopefully we will not be attending any these shared meetings in 2016.
