Why would you "put your entire life into working at Merz?" That is so stupid!!!! Corporations do not care and management cares even less. So enjoy your life and your family while you can and live in the present, because no one at Merz will remember that you stayed late at work and produced reports or other shit in 20 years, but your kids will remember that mom and dad were never home making them dinner or attending their game or concert!!!! Best is you don't join Merz as it's a third league pharma company.
Expect to come up with lots of excuses when your docs say, " I'm not seeing results". Or "I have a lot of patient complaints post ultherapy". Then get prepared to look at pictures and swear you see results. Besides the above the job is fantastic! Good luck.
good answer, that ship is sinking fast, major issues with the device, pt's are starting to sue doc's for damaged faces, run the other direction buddy, it's a liability.
