If you are smart - you will get out now!

I hear more and more people have left. A lot from marketing and sales leadership. I also heard that several divisions are tasked at cutting significant head count. How low is morale now? Didn't think it could get any more. Feel bad for the few good people who haven't left yet.

Where r u gonna go??? Now days, if you don't belong to a national GPO, your out of business. Your surgeon is most likely owned by the hospital and can't save you anymore. Hell, surgeons cannot save themselves anymore. They have sold out to the hospitals!!!! It's over folks. Welcome to $60,000.00 plus bonus a year. Zimmerbiomet is no better than McStryker.

He used to cut my hair. Moved out of town when he struck it big in the Powerball. I miss that guy, he told funny jokes. Like "What do you call a cross between and elephant and a rhinoceros?" - Elephino! Man, that guy was funny.

Who runs KC? Did Jackie make the cut? Biomet seems to be running the show now. Glad I moved on.

Jackie is a case coverage rep for the area. She was ousted!

Jackie was always an arrogant, conceited rep who thought she was way better than she was. As a manager she became 10 times worse and that was her downfall. She had no support from her team. Good riddance

Wow the queen got taken down? That must have been a HR nightmare. She was difficult to warm up to.

Jackie has become Stacey's "yes" woman! She has shown her true colors by just giving up on us all...no fight, leadership or guts.

Wow that jackie chick in KC stuck around. Crazy...demotion, loss of respect and obviously no vote of confidence from the leadership. She must be in denial or she just is oblivious to the situation.

Zimmer Atlanta is on the verge of collapse. Massive turn-over. Business loss in the millions. All reps jumping to Stryker or leaving ortho. Over 20 reps in under 12 months gone and more just announced this week. SINKING SHIP!

Atlanta is falling apart along with many other areas. The new Kansas City guy, Stacy Lehman, has signed every rep and kept the team together and is putting together a solid first year. When a strong leader is given a chance and the reps buy into his formula things improve and get better! Well done here for sure
