Alkermes has job postings

We lost a lot of good reps. Many won awards at the nat'l meeting in february. Doesn't speak well to how things are truly going here.

 

How many have we lost? I know for in the west

 

Another good Alpha rep recently resigned. Leadership really needs to look at retention rates and ask themselves, Why are all of our AMs leaving? Money, MicroManagement, Contract type selling, Big Pharma atmosphere all the way.

 

Yep and more are actively looking and will be gone asap. I guess the "building the plane as we fly it" has crashed. We have lost SO many good reps and that trend will continue. We are basically contract reps for Otsuka and no one seems to care.

 

Lundbeck has the worst employee retention rates in the industry, no doubt! How can you have an 80% turnover rate of Alpha in two and a half years and not think there is a problem. In many territories it is the 2nd or 3rd Rep in some of the territories. The Beta team has territories with multiple turnovers as well.
The question has to be addressed? Why are all the AMs leaving? I don't think the neurology side has turnover like this? Leadership???!
