Curo has the worst management in the industry! They ruined Amedisys and now they are on the way to ruining Regency Healthcare Group. They have no ethics, no morals and absolutly no class. They way they run their business is a joke!

Their employee handbook is simply a form of indentured servents --
3 weeks pto sick and personal time off... cannot carry any time over to new year - totally unfair to those with first quarter commitments. Bereavement -- the usual 3 days, unless it is an in-law -then you only get 1day?????
    Bottomline -- almighty dollar rules

Plus they blackmail employees and make them sign a non compete at termination. It's all pushed down by a guy named K.G who need to learn about business ethics and how to treat women. They don't care about families and doing the right thing. I know locations that have taken money from families, saying it was for the companies nonprofit and spent it on themselves.

    I thought that non-competes don't hold up?

That depends upon which state you are in. A non-compete has to be a trade for something.

If you are in a "right to work" state non-compete does not apply.

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They have a million conference calls a week where you are listening to everyone in your region report their census, goal, admits, deaths, transfers, revocations, BLAH BLAH BLAH.

Whatever happened to EMAIL?????????? REPORTS????????? The VP's, Area VP's and other C level people are completely clueless and obviously have NOT worked for large pharma, medical sales companies. SO MUCH TIME IS WASTED. Conference calls on average last 40 mins to 1 hour and there are 3-5 a week with VP's, NOT TO MENTION conference calls with your individual team members.

    EFFICIENCY is SHOT at CURO.

Tell me about the AVP's for Curo. Specifically Southern Care and Regency. Are they helpful? Do they even visit your location?

Where can I get a copy of my non compete from Curo? I signed it electronically when I did the webinar but don't know what's in it now. Any help?

Don't worry about it. They will not enforce.

Don't count on them not enforcing. They have tried to enforce on people who didn't even have one. As far as if they hold up or not- it depends where you live, what position you are in, and what jurisdiction they are going to file it in. Be careful and talk to an attorney and take a copy of what you signed with you when you go see the attorney.

Don't worry about it. I used to work for this company and the AVP of Marketing in Michigan told me they send what they call a nasty o gram. It is intended to deter the rep or future company from employment. That is all they do. She told me it would cost the company 25,000 just to step in a courtroom let alone the slim chances a judge would enforce the non compete.

This company is not the place to work if you have morals. Hospice is for terminally ill patients. The marketer in Vidalia, Georgia for this company goes into faculties trying to get patients signed up for UTIs, Stage 1 heart failure as well as patients who she states are bed bound and incoherent only to find out the patient can transfer to and from bed, feed themselves, do everyday tasks such as cooking, cleaning and even driving themselves. This company has been through several good nurses as well as directors over the past several years who end up getting fired or resigning because they follow the Medicare guidelines. This company obviously needs to be reported to CMS for fraudulent activity. Paying out millions in a lawsuit for fraudulent activity in 2018 must have just been a slap on the wrist for this Fortune 500 company.
