The original posts are about SEEQ then someone thought their CN baby was being called ugly! Fact is SEEQ is very basic and CN does not have a patch yet, so falling down over its "the yet to be release patch" is a bit silly. MDT has a market cap of 50Bill so if yours is a company with a cap of 180Mill I would be paying attention. They are a crushing weight.

Bigger isn't always better and nobody's market cap ever helped a doctor make a decision about which test to order. CN, LW, eCardio, Spectocor and others know this market and have great relationships with their customers - the MDT product is a one and done that has very limited use and even less insurance coverage - the onlyreason SEEQ even exists is to clear the way for a LINQ implant anyway. We will soon see who the real salespeople are and expose those who only get by because of the impressive name on their business card.

Very true, having sold against them in the past MDT has a way to spin reality. The question is has anyone actually seen the device in a clinic and how was it positioned with staff and docs??? Anyone???

Why wouldn't it get some play? Easy to use, less pt complaints. Winner.

Has anyone seen the actual size of that thing? It is obnoxiously big - do not be afraid of the big name behind it - it is easy to sell against

Given a choice MDs and patients will choose it 10/10 times.

They may want to try it because of current relationships but wait until the staff pushback starts coming in - they don't want to deal with two different vendors' websites for the same thing and this patch can't solve all the needs so another vendor is needed anyway.

Didn't Medtronic just have to pay a huge fine to the DOJ for something too? I don't have any customers using this POS patch of theirs - anybody seeing any movement?

Yep! 2.8m in February for false claims and 9.9m last May for kickbacks. Both were part of whistleblower investigations. I guess if you can't get rich selling junk the you can make you money blowing the whistle

Did you really just answer yourself? No one here cares.
