Another fine day for Beat with a 52 week low. Stellar job. I'm sure someone in management is asking for another round after todays news
Where is the next big managed care contract when you need it? Oh wait, the UHC deal was great until it shit the bed with the prior testing requirement and Kaiser is a total flop. I wonder if anyone has heard of the Blues (outside of Arizona and PA of course).
The Street must have seen the liquor expense from the executive meeting in Delaware and realized out reserves were in jeopardy
Doesn't make a difference? Every one of us can make a difference if we choose to. Too many in this company are just here to make a quick buck and move on but we need those who have a vision of the future to stick around and help change the culture. I do agree that PC is a joke anymore with the way they decide who wins. Does anyone know who left?
So when are we going to have this inventory issue fixed? I already have customers threatening to leave to our competitors, and some are just ready to try someone else's new technology. Can we get out of our own way? Where is our device retrieval?
If your thinking these issues will be fixed, they won't. This has been going on for over 6 years with the same excuses. Lets put it this way, the only thing that gets replenished are the bottles of Jack.
If you are losing customers because of a few day lag in getting monitors sent out then you are doing a poor job of managing the situation. The problem will be gone in a few weeks and you really need to discuss it openly with customers and be proactive - that's what a professional does
Or in other words, compensate for the lack of management and professionalism from the management team. This is the worst backlog I've ever seen.
This is no worse than it was last year at this time - we will survive it like we always do. Out leadership team does need to get their collective heads out for their asses and stop being so damn tight with the purse strings though. We have delivered the growth they have asked for time and time again - you would think they would eventually give us credit for bringing in more business and actually start planning for it in their inventory forecasting.
