I left Ferndale in 2007. How did the sale of Locoid work out? Did the Eletone product make up for it? Are the same product managers still in place? Is Jeff still running the show?

..for TMcM maybe, Pharma Div seems to be struggling with the rest of prod. portfolio. The latest generic intrusion in Analpram is not helping.... Slowly and surely drifting towards the rocks.......

I was farmed out in early 2009. What is the story here about Trx data? How is Holm tracking sales now?

I have an opportunity to interview with this company. Is it really as bad as these posts would say it is? Are there just a few bad eggs who constantly make comments.

I was one of the first reps hired for the new "flex time" position with Ferndale. I hung in there for three years. I spoke out so many times on issues that I knew were so wrong. The first six months were great. Most all reps loved their job and worked so hard too. And it was like it turned on a dime...and all of a sudden we were not trusted and micro managed to the point it was ridiculous. It was truly a digital switch. The day I found out that the company was promoting positions on websites and the reps working these territories had no idea, I decided I had to go. I have now started my own business...I work every bit as hard as I did with Ferndale...and although I have not made a lot of money...I measure my success not by the number of signatures I get a day...but the difference I have made for my clients.

How are the car choices? Do they count sigs and do you need to see over 10 docs a day? I have been called by a recruiter for this company.
Are the bounus fair? I am upset about what i have read about forcing new candidates to go "check out the company" from a customer- very unprofessional.
