zervalx vs deplin?

    well yea but arent they the same just 1mg of lmf?? whats the difference?

    no, deplin is 7.5 mg of lmf, while zervalx is just 1 mg.

    so whats the advantage of the lower dose? what is the indication?

    I've found out from a Rite Aid pharmacy that their McKesson wholesaler has both Zervalx and Deplin linked together. So be careful....if a dr rx's Deplin the pharmacist could fill it with Zervalx because it's less expensive.

    Same thing with Walgreens and Walmart. Can't say I'm surprised though.

    If you're taking Deplin for it's anti-depressant effect, how many milligrams may make a crucial difference. Also, FDA hasn't cleared zervalx for treatment of depression.

    The FDA hasn't approved any of their products for anything.
