Forcing older employees back to the office while new hires remain remote and are paid more. Some people are given flexibility to come in only one day while others are forced for 3 days without reason for the discrimination. And eliminated office space, so people are working in hallways and bathrooms

Senior managers incompetent, arrogant and play favorites. Few of the workers do the job while most sit on their ass drawing a big salary.

Unbelievably poorly run organization. HR team is a group of entitled white women who push “diversity” while having absolutely none on their own team. They are basically a group of gossipy bored housewives with no business sense actively ruining the culture and several careers along their way. There is no recourse to their madness as they are the gatekeepers for upper management.

Many bad managers. When pushed out they spread among west coast companies bringing their problems to a new place.

Product copy cat company, with minimal innovative products getting launched. Horrible mgd care strategies (except with National Payors). Goals distributed based on market potential without adjustments for mgd market limitations. Most managers are incompetnet, can NOT help you, and play favorites...like high school never ended. Ugh!!!

Great name in the past. Now is still a great name, but void behind it. Can impress Roche, but overall a shadow of itself from the past

Amgen has a management style to periodically purge the organization and let go several hundred people. Beware of managers coming from Amgen to your organization.

Horrible leadership especially in Rebecca M., Unrealistic sales goals for rare disease, weak bonus payout, we are literally paying our speakers to prescribe Vyvgart, our HUB sucks, our field reimbursement team was recruited straight from Wal-Mart, RBDs are clueless, oh and our CEO is a freak weirdo.

Not certain about its identity. Collecting second or third grade managers from big pharma who settle on company dime in Tiburon for comfortable retirement.
